Boiler advantages

• The BENEKOV S 50 boiler can be used to burn wood chips, wood shavings, etc.
• Lump wood can be used as additional fuel that can be burned together with the wood pellets

Boiler operation

During burning of dry wood pellets ash needs to be removed approx. once in 2 to 4 days.

Consumption of wood pellets depends on its quality and ranges between 12 to 14 tons per heating season.

Safe boiler operation is secured by an emergency thermostat that protects the heating system against overheating. A screw conveyor motors are protected against overload by thermostatic fuses. A safety fuse secures the boiler against burn through of fuel into the fuel storage tank during longer electricity outage.

The feeding mechanism contains a rotary valve that separates the two screw conveyors, and is used against burn through of fuel into the fuel storage tank.

Connection options

An ash removing equipment or automatic ignition can be connected to the boiler as additional equipment.

The boiler can be connected to an accumulation tank and set to automatically turn on and off.
