Boiler advantages

Boiler operation

During burning of wood pellets the boiler needs to be services approx. once in 3 days. During burning of grain the boiler needs to be serviced approx. 15 minutes daily.

During burning of wood pellets ash needs to be removed approx. once per 2 to 4 weeks and the fuel storage tank needs to be filled approx. once every 3 to 6 days.

During burning of energy grain ash needs to be removed approx. once per 1 to 4 days (ash from oats is removed more often) and the fuel storage tank must be filled once every 3 to 5 days.

If wood pellets are burned, their consumption per heating season is between 6 to 7 tons.

If energy grain is burned, its consumption per heating season is between 7 to 8 tons.

Similarly like with our other products, safe boiler operation is secured by an emergency thermostat that is placed in the regulator box and protects the heating system against overheating. A screw conveyor motor is protected against overload by thermostatic fuse. A safety fuse secures the boiler against burn through of fuel into the fuel storage tank during longer electricity outage.
Automatic control enables burning just the amount of fuel to maintain the boiler water temperature at the temperature selected by a user. Thanks to regulation in fuel flow the fuel consumption is minimized and frequent ignition in the boiler is not needed; in many cases is enough to perform the ignition only once a year. During burning of grain there is larger danger of the fire going out, therefore the operation parameters need to be adjusted, especially the attenuation period.

Connection options

The boiler regulator allows setting of output boiler water, fuel feeder regimen, attenuation regime parameters, and of circulation pump management. A part of the regulating unit is also output to a room thermostat.

The boiler can be connected to a cascade using a parent control.

During burning of grain the BENEKOV pelling 27 boiler uses a burner protected by a patent. The burner won three stars as a European novelty at one of the largest international exhibitions of agriculture machinery Agromek in Denmark.
